Star Wars Weekends Episode 3 was a major blast as Jay Laga’aia (Captain Typho) and Orli Shoshan (Shaak Ti) joined Warwick Davis (Wicket the Ewok) for some Star Wars BIG fun at the Disney-MGM Studios.
Now, if you were at Celebration III and got to see Jay and Warwick hosting, you know these two know how to throw a Star Wars party, and those in attendance at Star Wars Weekends this weekend were not disappointed. Jay, Warwick, and Orli (with a little help from Matthew Wood) had the audience absolutely roaring with laughter at the Stars of the Saga interview show. You can see some of the bits here:
- Jay makes his entrance singing “The Saga Begins”
- Jay teaches Warwick a tradional Samoan Haka
- Jay and Orli get some Jedi training
- General Grievous phones up to apologize to Orli/Shaak Ti
Hopefully Warwick will use the Haka he learned from Jay to greet Tem Morrison next weekend! Can’t wait! If you haven’t been to Star Wars Weekends yet, now is the time! Last weekend for this year is this weekend! Don’t miss it!
